What this site is
A holding page. Nothing is for sale here. No auction is open, no bid can be placed, and no payment can be made.
What registering means
Giving us your email asks us to send you updates on our progress and to tell you when we launch. It is not a bid, not an offer, and not a contract. It commits you to nothing and us to nothing beyond those emails, and you can have the record deleted at any time.
What we promise about the information here
That it is true. The launch date shown is the date we intend to open, and if it moves we will say so rather than quietly change it.
Terms of sale
The terms that govern an actual sale — bidding, settlement, athlete approval, exclusivity and what a sponsor receives — are not these. They will be published in full on the listing before any bid can be placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
